“Exceptional” Vanderbijl Park Industrial Property Opportunities

Park Village Auctions has announced two back-to-back auctions for prime industrial real estate, each representing “exceptional investment opportunities.” That’s the word from PVA’s Clive Lazarus, who says properties of this calibre don’t come around often.

On Tuesday, 31 October, the first auction of the day commences at 11:30 a.m. at Fairbanks Industrial Park, 6A Fairbanks Street.
