Internationally-Acclaimed Construction Firm Assets on Auction

Park Village Auctions has been charged with the disposal of assets from an internationally-acclaimed Italian construction concern, which is currently in liquidation.

The concern in question has a long-standing reputation in tunnel excavation, road works and bridge construction. Keith Green of PVA says that the sale represents a favourable opportunity for buyers to “save millions” on Cap-Ex equipment.

To allow participation from bidders locally and abroad, the sale will take the form of a simulcast auction commencing at 10 am on Thursday the 9th of September.

Encouraging buyers from across the construction sector to attend, Keith says: “Engineering and construction equipment of virtually every conceivable application will be made available.”

Highlighted lots include yellow plant equipment such as a Caterpillar D8 dozer, two Caterpillar 140H’s, graders, a terrain crane, two tower cranes, crane trucks, water trucks, and cement mixers, to name a few.

There will also be temporary lighting towers, containers, compressors, generators and an array of demolition and general construction tools on the block.

Keith recommends that stakeholders public works projects and contracting concerns view the “must-see” inventory of assets to be sold. A public viewing will be held at Pinewood Road, Ottawa, KwaZulu Natal, on Tuesday the 7th and Wednesday the 8th of September from 10 am to 3 pm.
