Invitation to Submit Offers: Laundromat Contents
Park Village Auctions is inviting offers on the entire contents of a laundromat concern, including office furniture and equipment.
Says PVA’s Werner Burger: “Industrial, CapEx equipment such as what we have available is extremely costly. The sale represents a favourable opportunity for laundry and dry-cleaning concerns to acquire second-hand equipment at highly competitive rates.”
An iSLA Spa Dry cleaning machine TI 200 and washing machines comprising 30kg IPSO industrial washing machine; several fully-automated LG 15kg, Bosch 10kg washing machines; and heavy-duty appliances by Speed Queen and Whirlpool make up the available washing and dry-cleaning assets. There is also an industrial carpet cleaner on the block.
Remaining commercial cleaning equipment and components include VEIT ironing stations with steam Irons, industrial-use Kirby steam presses, a Reverberi boiler, a de-ionising system and tanks, a Tradeair dual-head compressor, an industrial cooling tower, an LG ultra-capacity stainless steel drum outlet operation, and an automated conveyor clothing railing system.
There are also various steel stands and multi-tier shelving, assorted office-related furniture and equipment lots available.

“Viewing is essential,” states Burger and adds, “I encourage interested buyers to view at Shop 62A Doringkloof Mall, Centurion on Monday the 26th of July from 9 am to 3 pm.”
PVA notes that offers to purchase the entire contents as one lot receive preference. Offers must be submitted to Park Village Auctions no later than 12:00 (noon) on Friday the 30th of July 2021.
