Commercial offices and the entire contents of a corporate training company (in liquidation) will be brought to market by Park Village Auctions on 28 November.

Clive Lazarus, Head Auctioneer of PVA, says that the immovable property—ideally located within the Randburg CBD—and movable assets will appeal to any manner of businesses and, therefore, expects the concurrent live and timed online auctions will be well-attended.

Immovable property to be sold comprises units 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the sectional title Clarian House, located at “LFP House” office building number 96 Oxford Street Ferndale, Randburg.

The units span the four-storey building with various private and open-plan offices, boardrooms, storerooms, cloakrooms, kitchens, and several communal areas, measuring a collective 1 258 sqm in total.

The on-site auction of the property starts at 11h00 on Tuesday 28 November.

The movable assets are to be sold individually via a timed online auction starting at 10h00 on Thursday, 23 November and closing at 12h00 on Tuesday, 28 November.

Viewings for the property and assets will be open between 09h00 and 15h00 on 23 and 27 November and between 9h00 and 11h00 on 28 November.
