Prominent East London Construction Concern Assets on Auction
Park Village Auctions is set to auction commercial vehicles and yellow metal stemming from the liquidation of a prominent East London-based construction company at month end.
An extensive collection of highly valuable Cap-Ex will go under the hammer via a live online simulcast auction starting at 11 am on Thursday, the 30th of November.
From Caterpillar, a 140H motor grader, a 320D2L hydraulic excavator, a 428F backhoe loader, a CP533E padfoot roller and a CS5335E smooth drum roller.
Mercedes-Benz stock comprises a 2628 AXOR tipper, a 2628 AXOR water tanker, and an ACTROS truck tractor.
Rigids by UD Trucks include a UD 80 closed body, a UD 80 CW26 370 rollback, and two UD CW26 370 Quon tippers.
A diesel bowser by Getaway Trailers, a Talbert Trailer TALL348T, and a Transpec Semi curtain side link make up the available trailers.
Highted construction and earth-moving equipment include a BELL315SK backhoe loader and a HAMM HD10VV AG Germany tandem vibrator roller.
There will also be LDVs on the block comprising an ISUZU KB 300 TDI LX, two Toyota Hilux single cabs, and double cabs in the form of a Toyota Hilux 3.0 D4D and Nissan Hardbody.
As is the case with liquidation matters, the goal of the sale is to realise the assets on the company’s (Batabile Construction Services CC) as best as possible to service creditors, says PVA’s Clive Lazarus.
The assets can be viewed at 5 Leo Laden Street, Wilsonia, East London, between 9 am and 4 pm on Wednesday, the 29th of November.
