Park Village Auctions will make available the entire contents of a pizza preparation factory via simulcast auction on Thursday the 10th of September.
That’s the word according to PVA’s Andrew Dix-Peek who says that the sale represents a favourable opportunity for buyers to acquire “top-notch” specialised and industrial food preparation equipment at a fraction of the cost of buying new.
Machinery to be sold includes Benier Allround dough rounders, Macadams dough mixers, Delta Thermobake ovens, Vemag dough dividers, Thermo Scientific™ APEX 100 Metal Detectors, Numafa automated tray washers and specialised dough trays.
Front-of-house pizzeria equipment such as XLT stainless steel ovens; 2.5m stainless steel prep lines, splashback tables and under-counter fridges; display fridges; and back-of-house medium industrial shelving will follow.
Final lots of the day comprise assorted office furniture and equipment and miscellaneous goods.
Dix-Peek: “In these tough times, restaurateurs naturally want to keep costs as low as possible, knowing that high-quality, reliable equipment ensures optimal efficiency and higher yields. The upcoming sale makes such equipment available at lower-than-market rates, giving entrepreneurs a competitive edge.”
The auction will be held online and on-site at Taste Commissary, Bushbuck Close (on the corner of Reedbuck Crescent and Bushbuck Close), Randjespark, Midrand concurrently, starting at 10:30 am.
Viewing will be open on-site from 9 am to 3 pm the day before, Wednesday the 9th of September. Strict hygiene and social distancing protocol with a strict “no mask, no entry” policy will apply at the viewing and auction.
