AAA-Grade Constantia Kloof Office Building on Auction

A modern, five-storey building in Constantia Kloof’s Quadrum Office Park will go
under Park Village Auctions’ hammer on Tuesday, the 19th of March. The news was
announced by PVA’s Director, Clive Lazarus, who described the immovable property
as a “prime investment opportunity.”
The triple-A grade commercial space comprises nine sectional title units (numbers
21-29) complete with open-plan offices, boardrooms, kitchens, storerooms,
cloakrooms and common areas, basement and open parking bays, and round-the-
clock onsite security with access control.
“The off-grid capabilities steal the show,” says Clive. The office block is supported by
back diesel generators providing a minimum 800kVA at any time connected to a
failover UPS (uninterrupted power supply) system “enabling seamless switch-over
from the grid to the generators and back again.”
Clive further advises that there is a 10,000-litre basement water reservoir for the
block over and above the park’s 60,000-litre backup water reservoir for emergencies.
