Park Village Auctions will bring to market a plethora of construction and earth moving equipment via several concurrent online and on-site auctions.
Events kick off on Tuesday 17 November at 11 am where the entire contents of Adamson Nielson Construction, in liquidation, will be sold on-site, and online simultaneously (simulcast).
Highlighted assets include assorted JCB telehandlers, a JCB 3CX TLB, a bobcat skid steer loader, an Atlas Copco mobile compressor, various generators, tamping rammers, a roller compactor, assorted Hino drop-side trucks, a range of light and medium commercial vehicles, tyres, tile cutters and concrete mixers.
A viewing will be held on-site at number 42 4th Street, Wynberg, Sandton, the day before (Monday 16 November).
Following on Thursday 19 November at 10:30, fleet assets of a civil engineering company, Nyoni Projects (Pty) Ltd, in liquidation, will go under the hammer.
This will again be a simulcast auction where participants can join online or on-site at plot number 398 St Antonio’s Street, Muldersdrift, Gauteng. As some of the assets are located in Durban and East London, the sale includes a webcast component with which the assets are showcased from their respective venues via a real-time feed.
Assets located in Muldersdrift, comprise trucks, trailers, earth-moving equipment, LDVs and assorted machinery.
Truck and trailer stock includes 2000 Mercedes Benz 2648 Actros; numerous tipper, flat deck, water tanker and drop-side rigid trucks from Hino, Mercedes Benz and Toyota; Top Trailers low bed trailers and Absolute Ablutions trailers; Brinto Engineering diesel bowsers; and a 2012 Tshukudu Trailers diesel bowser.
Caterpillar earth-moving equipment includes a CS-533E drum roller, an RM300 recycler, a CB224E sit-on roller, a 323DLME excavator, 226B2 skid steers, 2009 and 2011 140H motor graders.
This will be followed by Chevrolet, Mitsubishi Colt, Nissan Navara, and Toyota Hilux LDVs; containers of various sizes; generators; concrete mixers; welding machines; compressors; engine hoists; and assorted spares.
From there, the auction will cross over PVA’s Durban branch. A live stream will place more Caterpillar earth-moving equipment comprising a CS533E 10ton roller, a 140 motor grader, and backhoe loader; and a Bitelli C100 roller on the block.
A motor grader, a CS5338E drum roller, a 422E backhoe loader, and 320D excavator from Caterpillar; and a 2004 Mitsubishi Colt 2800D LDV make up the lots located in East London.
Viewing of all the assets to be sold on 19 November will take place from 9 am to 4 pm the day before (18 November) on-site as follows:
