Engineering Machining, Fabrication and Crane Equipment Timed Auction
Park Village Auctions has announced a “massive” timed online auction that will bring an array of engineering machinery, equipment, overhead cranes and vehicles to market.
The assets stem from a sizable Middleburg-based engineering services provider, F&K Engineering (Pty) Ltd, currently in liquidation. As such, “The variety of available assets cater to a broad spectrum of construction, civil and mechanical engineering concerns,” says Clive Lazarus, Director at PVA.
A 2014 Kiheung double-column ultra-performance bridge type CNC machining centre is pegged to be the showstopper among numerous high-end assets to be sold. According to Clive, this particular CNC machining centre comes with a universal head, “offering exceptional milling performance.”
There will also be a 2013 Kiheung bed type universal CNC machining centre, a 2006 Turman fully-automated CNC vertical machine centre, a 2012 Atlas Copco compressor, a Volvo Penta TAD1341GE Diesel Genset, a Gamma hydraulic plate roller bender, a 2004 Adira hydraulic press brake, a 2004 Adira guillotine, Condra overhead double beam gantry cranes, and a Peddinghaus advance capacity drilling station on the block.
Remaining machinery and equipment include a 2008 Durmazlar copper/punching machine, a Thermadyne plasma cutter, radial arm drilling machines, industrial pedestal drill press, a 2011 Cosen horizontal band saw, a Butler notching/punching machine, lot assorted welders; milling machines; centre lathes; tooling, toolboxes, and cabinets.
Vehicles to be sold include a 2018 Toyota Hilux 2.4, a 2015 Renault Captur turbo hatchback, 2011 and 2013 double-cab GWM Steed 2.5s, a 2010 Fiat Ducato crew bus, a 2013 Hino 300 rigid truck, a Mazda 2500 LDV, a 2014 double-cab Mahindra Scorpio 2.5, a 2013 Nissan NP200, 2015 Isuzu KB250 D-Teq, a Mazda B2600, a 2009 Ford Ranger, a Ford Bantam 1.6, a Nissan Interstar crew bus, a 2013 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 515, a 2015 Isuzu NMR Flat Deck Rigid Truck, and a 2012 Hyundai 2.5 Microbus.
Trailer stock includes 2012 Leo double-axle trailers, 2017 Campmaster trailers, flat-deck Drawbar trailers, among many others.
Other equipment consists of a Galleon 11.5-ton mobile crane, a 2000 Clark 3-ton diesel forklift, a John Deere tractor, and a Shandong wheel loader.
The timed online auction will run from 10 am on Monday the 11th until Friday the 15th of October, with LDVs, trailers, and “other” equipment concluding from 10 am on Thursday the 14th. The remaining lots, comprising machinery and equipment, will go under the hammer from 9 am on Friday the 15th of October.
It is important to note that all the lots are to be sold “subject to confirmation” for a maximum of 14 days. The liquidator has the option to accept the offers in this period.
Viewing of the assets, located at number 3 Rand Street, Middelburg, Mpumalanga, will be held on Thursday the 7th, Monday the 11th and Thursday the 14th of October from 9 am to 3 pm.
