Germiston Industrial Workshops and Offices to be Auctioned

Park Village Auctions (PVA) will host a webcast auction featuring a substantial industrial property in Germiston, stemming from the liquidation of Econocom SA 264 (Pty) Ltd.

The facility is located at 83 President Street. It spans six erven measuring 2,970 square metres in total. The property offers a versatile double-storey building with part single-storey sections. This includes several offices, a reception area, a boardroom, and a kitchen.

“This property provides a ready-to-use industrial facility, with the layout perfectly suited for use as a mechanical workshop, panel beater, a light industrial manufacturing facility, or a medium-sized warehouse and offices for distributors who require warehousing space in the centrality of the East Rand,” says PVA’s Clive Lazarus. He notes that the combination of high-volume workshop space and comprehensive office suites is rare in this established industrial node.

The industrial component consists of three large double-volume workshops. Workshop 1 and Workshop 2 each measure 730 square metres. Workshop 3 offers 840 square metres of space. Direct access to these workshops is available from Meyer Street. This layout facilitates efficient logistics and vehicle entry.

Other site improvements include a customer receiving area, an office section, staff ablutions and multiple storerooms to support the daily operations.
