Kopano Brickworks Brickyard and Land – Offers Invited

Park Village Auctions is inviting offers to purchase assets from the prominent clay brick manufacturing company, Kopano Brickworks, which is in business rescue.

The assets to be sold by PVA, in conjunction with WH Auctioneers, include the entire contents of a North-West based brickyard, land and improvements.

Said Stilfontein factory is located at portion 2 of the Farm Hartebeesfontein, North-West. It comprises a large, industrial-zoned farm portion housing a brickyard with clay quarry and residential dwellings. It measures 615.81 Hectares.

Highlighted movables include stock of over 1 million face bricks, a Scania diesel generator, a TVA Kiln, and multiple inclined; double inclined; drop-off and horizontal conveyors.

The remaining movables include a Jeffrey crusher, an Osborn 4×1 OD/D, an IMSV Mill, vibrating screens, extruders, and moulds, among many others.

A Tennant 800 sweeper and Tennant 800 feeders, a Linde H40D and H25D, Massey Ferguson 290; 415; and 85s tractors, forklifts, Komatsu wheel loaders and TLBs, Skip Trailers, Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, a Toyota Yaris, a Mazda 5, and an Isuzu Fleetsize D-Max LDV are among the many vehicles available as well.

Offers may be made for the movables or fixed property alone or combined. Interest parties must submit their offers to PVA in writing before 12:00 (noon) on Friday, the 10th of February.
