Kosmosdal and Halfway Gardens Multi-Property Auction

Park Village Auctions will host a multi-property auction that will see a large double-storey residential home and an entire office block up for grabs.

The auction, set to take place on Thursday the 18th of February, will commence at 11 am on-site at number 7 Buckie Street located within Blue Valley Golf & Country Estate, Rooihuiskraal Road, Centurion.

This neat, double-storey estate home welcome guests with a large entrance foyer that leads to a TV lounge, a dining room, a lounge, a kitchen with a scullery,  and a guest en-suite bathroom. The lower level also features an open patio, which leads to the back garden and swimming pool.

There is also an executive reception area leading to three private offices, a boardroom and two executive offices, each with an en-suite private bathroom.
