Premium Commercial Asset Auction Announced

Park Village Auctions (PVA) will host a national simulcast auction showcasing “a remarkable selection of exclusive lots”. That’s the word from PVA’s Clive Lazarus, who said the multiple fleets on offer rarely come to market simultaneously.

As buyers have come to expect from PVA’s regular commercial asset auctions, the sale will feature an extensive selection of trucks, trailers, earthmoving equipment, and farming implements sourced from liquidations and repossessions across the country.

“The diversity of the lots, ranging from heavy-duty haulage to specialised site equipment, ensures that there is something for every industry requirement,” says Lazarus.

Headliners include a Volvo FH64 T3A truck tractor and side tipper trailers from Leader Trailer Bodies and AFRIT—all 2022 models.

Remaining truck tractors comprise a fleet of five Mercedes-Benz Actros of various models and years, a fleet of four 2019 DAF XF 105.460 FFTs, a 2022 MAN 27.480, a 2021 Scania G460, and a 2021 Volvo FMX 440.

There will also be two 2005 D & M Tanker double-axle fuel tankers (12900ℓ and 35000ℓ), SA Truck Bodies side-tippers, and a 2024 FAW 8.140 FL drop-side.

Earthmoving equipment lots feature a Samsung 30-ton excavator and a 2001 Terex TA35 dump truck, while the LDVs include a 2007 Isuzu KB250 single-cab.

Five 2020 4-Channel Mobile DVRs and a Linde H18D-04, 1.8 Ton Forklift make up the specialised equipment lots.

This national simulcast auction takes place on Thursday, 27 August 2026, starting at 11:00. Physical viewing will be held on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, from 09:00 to 16:00. Interested buyers can inspect the assets at the PVA Rietfontein Truck Yard located behind Ultra Liquors on College Road in Muldersdrift. Additional viewing venues include Quarry Place off Queen Nandi Drive in River Horse Estate, Durban; Waterbron at the corner of the R64 and Valencia Road in Bloemfontein; and 142 Burman Road in Deal Party, Gqeberha.
