Park Village Auctions has just announced an enormous three-day webcast auction run featuring ABSA-repossessed vehicles from around the country.
“There are hundreds of cars for every taste and budget from entry-level 5-doors to luxury sedans and light utility vehicles,” says PVA’s Clive Lazarus. He adds, “This is the perfect time to pick up relatively new wheels at lower than dealer rates.”
Clive says buyers can expect many of South Africa’s favourite models from popular brands such as Volkswagen, Toyota, Ford, Suzuki, Renault, Hyundai and Kia.
All three auctions will be webcasts so buyers from around the country can participate.
The auction run starts with Gauteng-based vehicles on Tuesday, the 6th of December, at 10:00, auction reference 1127. Viewing will be open at 8 Top Road, Anderbolt, Boksburg, from 9:00-15:00 on the 2nd and 8th.
Durban-based vehicles follow on Wednesday, the 7th of December, at 10:00 under reference 1128. Viewing will be held from 9:00-15:00 on the 5th and 6th at Quarry Place, Off Queen Nandi Drive, River Horse Estate.
Starting at 10:00 on Thursday, the 8th of December, the final auction—reference 113—will feature vehicles mostly from Gqeberha (PE) and Bloemfontein. Viewings will be open from 9:00-15:00 at 42 Burman Road, Deal Party, Gqeberha, and the corner of the R64 & Valencia Road, Waterbron, Bloemfontein.
Historically, year-end sales such as these are popular among dealers, parents looking to pick up their varsity goers’ first set of wheels and budget-savvy spenders. Clive expects this year’s sales will enjoy even better attendance in the wake of rising inflation and fuel costs. “South Africans love their cars, and they know where to shop for real savings,” Clive concludes.
