Yellow Metal Leading The Way On The Road To Commercial Vehicle Savings

Park Village Auctions has announced its next commercial vehicle auction featuring e
rigid trucks, truck trailers, and agricultural and earthmoving equipment. This time
around, a 2018 Caterpillar 980L wheel loader and a 2015 Ammann 500 E paver are
notable lots, “paving the way to exceptional savings,” says PVA’s Clive Lazarus.
Lazarus: “In South Africa’s current economic climate, purchasing trucks, trailers, and
earthmoving equipment is a savvy financial decision.
“Auctions often feature well-maintained, high-quality machinery ready for immediate
use. As such, businesses can significantly reduce initial costs and enjoy the profits
from a larger operational capacity sooner (than compared to buying new).”
Beyond the highlighted Caterpillar 980L (with shifting strategy and a lockup clutch
torque converter) and Ammann 500 E high-productivity wheeled asphalt paver, the
auction will bring to market assorted trucks, trailers, earthmoving and agricultural
equipment stemming from genuine bank repossessions, business liquidation and
deceased estate matters.
Bidders can expect to find the usual array of rigid trucks and truck tractors from
manufacturers such as Freightliner, Hino, International, Isuzu, Iveco, Mercedes
Benz, Mitsubishi Fuso, Nissan, Scania, Tata, Toyota Dyna, Volvo, as well as various
MAN TGA and TGS models.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, 19 June, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from PVA’s
various national depots in Nasrec, Johannesburg; River Horse Estate, Durban;
Waterbron, Bloemfontein; and Deal Party, Gqeberha (PE).
The sale will be a simulcast auction, meaning it takes place on-site at Nasrec with
simultaneous live online bidding. Proceedings begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, 20
