“Massive” Engineering Assets Sale Not To Be Missed
The contents of a large, specialised engineering factory, including vehicles, forklifts, office equipment and stock, are to be sold via an “unmissable” timed online auction.
In conjunction with Asset Auctions, Park Village Auctions will auction the entire contents of TFM Industries (Pty) Ltd in provisional liquidation. Says Clive Lazarus of PVA, “The company sizable engineering concern known for manufacturing, supplying and importing specialist truck bodies for the security, transport, construction, forestry, cargo body, and waste industries.”
Also commenting on the upcoming auction, Dean Baldwin of Asset Auctions says, “The scale and specialised nature of the assets on offer make this a sale not to be missed. The asset list includes machinery, equipment, fleets of trucks and LDVs, bakkies, trailers and forklifts, and stock, all of which are to be sold individually.
A 2012 Trump Trulaser 8000 (requires repair) with Atlas Copco GA 15 FF compressors and thanks, plate rollers, welders, tube benders, a Messer Griesheim profile cutter head, press breaks, plasma cutters and generators from reputable brands make up some of the inventory under the banner of machinery.
Equipment includes 6m and 9m containers; industrial shelving; fuel tankers; jigs; various load bodies, aluminium, steel bin and racks; spray booths; a powder coating plant; scrap metal; a lot comprising work in progress; and a variety of tools.
A fleet of 2019 UD CWE 370 Quester rigid trucks; 2008-2019 Isuzu KB250 D-Teq extended cab LDVs; a 2013 Isuzu NPR400 drop side rigid truck; 2007-2013 Nissan NP200 and NP300s; a 2010 Mazda 3.0; a 2010 Chevrolet Corsa Utility; a 2010 Ford Ranger 2.5 Super Cab; a 2012 Toyota Hilux 3.0 Extra Cab; a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan TSI SUV; various Toyota Corolla sedans; TFM purpose-built personnel carriers and assorted TFM trailers are among the vehicles to be sold.
Komatsu 2.5- and 3-ton forklifts, Toyota 2.5-ton forklifts and scrap are among the final lots before office equipment.
Assorted office equipment includes desks, chairs, wooden and steel two-door filing cabinets, computers, monitors, laptops, A Dell overhead projector, picture frames, and various catering appliances.
The timed online auction will commence at 10 am on Wednesday, the 22nd of February and conclude at 12 pm (noon) on Friday, the 24th of February, 2023.
Viewing will run from Monday to Thursday (the 20th-23rd of February) from 9 am to 3:30 pm at 33 Industry Road, Calyville Industrial, Olifantsfontein.
