Park Village Auctions (PVA) is inviting manufacturing and packaging industry players to submit offers on a comprehensive plastic extrusion and lamination plant. The sale follows the liquidation of Poly Foodfilm CC. The plant comprises specialised production lines, material-handling equipment, and support infrastructure, all located in Pretoria.
PVA’s Werner Burger notes that the sale presents an exceptional acquisition opportunity for the local market. “High-quality plastic manufacturing equipment rarely becomes available through liquidation,” Burger says. “This invitation to submit offers allows plastic manufacturers, packaging companies, and industrial investors to secure specialised machinery at a fraction of the cost of importing new technology, giving them an immediate competitive edge.”
The asset highlights include three complete PVC blown film extrusion lines, a roll-to-roll lamination coating machine, and high-capacity PVC mixing and feeding equipment. A heavy-duty steel mezzanine floor is also available for dismantling and relocation.
Other specialised equipment includes a 2017 Hyundai diesel forklift, robust air compressors, specialised cooling equipment, an air vessel, a fuel tank, and various material handling equipment. Substantial raw materials, consisting of PVC compound stock, office furniture, heavy-duty shelving, desktop computers, monitors, commercial printers, and general office equipment, will also be sold.
The asset line-up makes the sale highly suitable for converters, film extrusion businesses, and plant operators looking to expand capacity.
Interested parties may view the assets on-site at 1B Hermanstad Industrial Park, 1 Moot Street, Pretoria, on Monday, the 13th, and Thursday, 16 July, from 10:00 to 15:00.
Offers must be submitted in writing by no later than 14:00 on Friday, 17 July 2026. For full details and offer documentation, visit www.parkvillageauctions.co.za, web reference number 2263.
