Park Village Auctions (PVA) has announced a major timed online auction featuring home furnishings, a board-based cabinetry manufacturing plant, and machinery. The assets stem from the liquidation of Dwinchi Furnishings (Pty) Ltd, geared for mainstream commercial retail or contract supply.
Director Clive Lazarus says that sale offers established furniture manufacturers or those looking to scale up production an immediate opportunity to acquire heavy-duty, specialised machinery at a fraction of the cost of importing new equipment.
The asset list consists of automated timber and surface processing equipment. The sawing section features a Holzma Profline double-cut and cross-cut beam saw equipped with a Holzma Liftomat auto-stacker. Edge-banding and drilling lines include two Biesse Omnia SB1 double edge-banders in line with a board rotator, as well as a Homag double edge-bander fitted with an automatic board feeder.
Drilling and handling machinery includes two Kuka handling robots, two Biesse Techno Logic multi-spindle drills, and two Biesse Techno Svbe dowel inserters. The workshop inventory also includes four Alberti Vector SH multi-spindle drills and a Koch multi-spindle drill.
Finishing and assembly assets feature a Cefla fully automatic spray paint line. This complete system includes a board sander, an automatic spray booth, and three oil-burner drying tunnels. A smaller Cefla automatic spray line with air drying is also available. Assembly infrastructure consists of two lines of Ligmatech carcass assembly systems, a corrugated box maker, a Ramarch clamping machine, and two plastic film wrapping machines.
Prospective buyers are invited to view the assets onsite at Ninth Street, Babelegi, Gauteng, on Monday, 6 July from 10:00 to 15:00.
The timed online auction starts on the same day (6 July) at 10:00, with bidding closing on Monday, 13 July from 10:00.
