Vitreous Enamel Steel Manufacturer Assets on Auction

Park Village Auctions is set to sell machinery and equipment for manufacturing vitreous enamel steel products with architectural, construction and outdoor signage applications. 

The assets stem from a well-known enamel steel producer currently in liquidation. The company specialises in architectural cladding, enamel signs, modular cloakroom cubicles, enamelled steel baths, shower trays, whiteboards and fireproof doors.

PVA’s Clive Lazarus says that the auction will take place onsite and online (simulcast) as the vast scope of what the equipment can produce will appeal to a broad spectrum of buyers.

Assets to be sold include a CKM P20 thicknesser; a vertical ripsaw with feeder; and a CNC router spindle with feeder, all with dust extractors; HD Racking 25 Modules with 4 cross supports each 3.3m (h) x 2.4m (l); assorted panel saws; a Carolina horizontal band saw; a British Federal 25kva spot-welder; Trennjaeger cut-off saw; a Koppel Elga Guillotine to name a few.

Other lots comprise eccentric presses, CNC guillotines and punches, bending brakes, tool sharpeners, ribbon blenders, heated drying chambers, compressors, milling rooms, ball mills, a Condra Monorail hoist, a drying oven tunnel, suspensions conveyors, heating conveyor infrared lamps, bench drills, spray booths, welders, and belt sanders.

Final notable assets and vehicles include a Hilo 10-ton deep throat eccentric press; a static 3-head compressor 12kw motor with a receiver, W2.0 X 3050 box and pan bender; an Arboga G-2508 geared head pedestal drill; 50 Litre Capacity turn table mixers; and several Toyota 3-ton forklifts.
